In the fall of 2022, Mac’s older brother, David Engel, completed a childhood dream when he rode his bike across the United States.
A former professor of the classics at Penn State University, David left the profession to become a financial advisor. He currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife and their two daughters.
David recounts his ride, and the specifics from what he ate to where he used the bathroom over his 41-day ride.
